Hi it’s me, Rachael Larson

After a series of fruitful event collaborations, characterized by a distinct style, a robust business partnership emerged with a local event space. As the creative director and proprietor of these branded events, I spearheaded the production and styling of 11 fashion shows and various smaller events and campaigns. It was within this journey that the brand identity was built, and adopted the name 'The Medium Agency' to represent my individual work, as I began to be sequestered for solo endeavors. My specialty quickly became all encompassing project management as I guided each event from inception to its final conclusion. These events serve as a platform to exhibit art across diverse mediums, all while championing various philanthropic causes, including support for Children’s Inn, Lutheran Social Services, Art Invasionz Inc, and numerous conservation efforts.

Accomplishments

  •        Organized 11 successful fashion shows and 2 pride events, managing up to 10 brands at a time and attracting up to 200+ attendees per show.

  •        Oversaw a team of up to 30 professionals, managing the full production and operation of each event from start to finish.

  •        Grew small company Instagram followers from 0 to over 200+ followers across multiple brands within 1 year

  •    Conceptualized and executed creative visions for fashion events, overseeing all aspects of production, including location scouting, art direction, development marketing, vendor management, set design, styling

  •   Collaborated with a wide range of industry professionals, including event planners, photographers, videographers, artists, make-up artists, hair stylists, floral shops, boutiques, fashion designers, musicians, jewelry designers, and models, to create cohesive and effective event experiences.

  • Orchestrated the styling of up to 40 fashion show looks included in show including outfit, hair and make up

  • Managed budgets and negotiated contracts with vendors to ensure optimal use of available resources.

  • Developed a social media strategy for business Instagram account and event partners accounts that included pushing out imagery, tagging relevant accounts, posting at optimal times, adding collaborators and locations, using hashtags, and utilizing reels and videos to promote events and drive attendance
